We love Center City Orthodontics! Both of our sons have had a great experience here. Dr. Thomas and his staff are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the text message reminders and emails. Their staff responds to text messages too, which has been super convenient whenever the boys have broken a wire or bracket. Communication is A+! Both their Philadelphia and NJ locations are convenient to access and the waiting areas are comfortable with free WiFi. We were introduced to CCO on recommendation and are happy to recommend CCO to anyone else!

Thank you so much to the center city orthodontics team. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an orthodontist. Dr.Thomas and his team are really professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions I have. Due to the pandemic, I moved out of Philly back home to Maryland and the team made sure I had ample time to make it to my appointments so that I could continue my braces treatment with them. I recently got my braces off and I honestly feel so much better. Thanks again to the team. I appreciate everything that you guys do.

Would recommend Center City Ortho to anyone wanting the BEST care for their teeth. I was seen at both the Center City and Cherry Hill locations for availability and did not mind driving to either place to see them. This was my second orthodontist for my Invisalign (after moving away from where my first provider was located) and compared to my first experience they are absolutely incredible. Both Dr. Finn and Dr. Thomas are exceptional providers, and the techs are equally as efficient and competent. I found out that my first provider was not using techniques that Center City Ortho was doing to get the results I was looking for (i.e. IPR between one of my stubborn teeth, moving attachments between sets to give you a break from them). Although they didn’t start my Invisalign process, they finished it successfully and to the way I wanted my teeth to look. Toward the end of my process and after my final appointment, I realized I had one tooth that was still bothering me. One of the front desk clerks, Melanie, quickly consulted the doctors and made me another appointment to have it fixed. TLDR: Amazing staff and providers. Do not go anywhere else

Center City Orthodontics was hands down one of the best experiences ever. They literally changed my life! From the moment you walk in you feel like you are genuinely cared about. The vibes are amazing. The people are beyond friendly and so helpful. The actual orthodontic work is top of the line. They have the best technology, most advanced practices, and it is clean!!! I was so impressed with every aspect of this place. I had braces leading up to double jaw surgery and just finished! The entire process they made me feel safe and taken care of. Plus now I have an amazing smile and in my opinion, I am way better looking! Dr. Thomas is the coolest and really goes above and beyond! Highly recommend for anyone looking to smile with confidence! Center City Orthodontics was amazing with my daughter Hailey. It was always an excellent experience for her. She always comes out of the appointment saying how nice they are! The quality of their work is equally phenomenal. I will take all of my kids there! I highly recommend them.
